What is MCT Oil?
Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) are healthy fats extracted from coconuts. Rapidly absorbed and turned into pure energy and mental clarity.
Coconut oil contains severals types of fatty acids MTCs oil are extracted and purified from it, isolating just the MCTs mainly:
